黑語喃喃 Muttering in the dark

我將生活經驗帶入實用性陶瓷創作，藉由器物較易於流通在人與人之間的特性，表現出自己在生活中所感知到的事物，以器皿的造型來觀察使用者的互動方式，也由器型與色彩中反觀自我的創作思緒。
在日常生活中頻繁出現的事物卻最容易忽視其重要性，透過創作與使用的反饋來探索何謂本質。將自身狀態比喻為盛裝的容器，易投射出創作者的樣貌，也在創作中探究質感與媒材表現的多樣性，以不同使用方式與擺放介入日常空間之中，與觀眾產生共鳴與互動。從2018年將創作方向從立體雕塑，轉換為實用陶瓷，作品的機能性是我更加關注的。
透過不斷的思考與實驗在過程中取得創作與生活間的平衡，如我經常使用在作品上的黑色代表著並非絕對單一的黑，而且趨近極黑的無數黑階，黑映照著我的日常，不同程度地將光吸收與反射，同時也調和著原生家庭給予我非黑即白的思考模式，在面對事物時並非唯一選擇而是有無限的可能，我的創作已與日常生活環環相扣，器皿除了表徵所帶來的視覺感受更能引發其他感官刺激給使用者帶來不同以往的經驗反饋，讓作品不再局限於單向度的傳遞，而是雙向的溝通與討論。
I bring my life experience into my practical ceramic creations, using the characteristics of objects that are easily circulated among people to express what I perceive in my life.
It is easy to overlook the importance of the things that appear frequently in daily life, and we explore the essence through the feedback of creation and use. He compares his own state to a container, which can easily project the image of the creator, and explores the diversity of textures and media expressions in his creations, intervening in everyday spaces with different ways of use and placement, creating resonance and interaction with the audience. From 2018, I changed the direction of my creation from three-dimensional sculpture to practical ceramics, and I am more concerned about the functionality of my works.
For example, the black color that I often use in my works represents not a single black color, but an infinite number of black shades that tend to be extremely black, reflecting my daily life, absorbing and reflecting light in different degrees, and at the same time reconciling the black-or-white thinking pattern given to me by my family of origin. My creations are intertwined with my daily life, and the vessels not only symbolize the visual sensation but also trigger other sensory stimuli to bring different feedback to the user, so that the works are no longer limited to unidirectional transmission but two-way communication and discussion.

自2022年與周易伯合作展覽「惡土之用」展覽，透過原土計畫與他的創作結合進行研發，從易伯的作品中，觀眾會看到的面貌百百種，他透過實用器皿創作充分的能量，從中找到可能性。
2022年透過器皿創作及原土相遇，談及無用之用之概念的轉化，將其個人的經驗投射於創作中，選擇了非家鄉的土種（龍崎白堊土），將可能被稱之為無用的土種，揉進陶土運用。這樣的選擇投射了自身如何看待「無用」之疆界，做藝術創作是否也是如此？實用器皿創作又彷彿在一個非黑非白的中介區位。
易伯是一個無話不談的人，每當遇到的對象，都會產生許多有趣的交流對話與滿滿正能量，大家都會記得他作為創作者積極且不設限的談話方式。

在他研究所在學期間，創立品牌一波 E Bo Ceramics Studio，並開始了陶瓷品牌創立的路徑，餐廳訂製、課程教學、展覽、市集參與，在面貌上的多元，易伯說道，他非常喜歡這樣的對外交流，因為外在需求對應自身的創作，進行轉化及逐步接近實用器皿意義上的樣貌。
此次的個展「黑語喃喃」為他個人創作階段的停靠站，將黑的定義及意義透過器皿創作共構，黑即是力量、黑非顏色、它可以吸收所有的可見光，這是透過可見的定義去感知何謂「黑」。
實用性的探討對易伯來說可能是內外向的來回組構，透過不同強度的黑進入胚體，並透過光展現其中黑的樣貌。
